Which is better

The Dremel 400 xpr is the better version of Dremel. It is versatile and handy. However, it is less affordable than the Dremel 4000 due to its small size. It is a small tool that does almost everything. It is for all small hobby cutting/grinding tool needs. You can still make the same operations using the Dremel 4000.
