Spindle utilizes class 7210 (P4, ABEC-7) precision angular bearings for the industry-leading spindle taper runout of 0.00012inch. The chromium-Molybdenum spindle is hardened through a carbonizing treatment and is grounded to maintain strict tolerances. Increased strength and precision ground for greater accuracy are what you get.
The spindle to prevent accidental startups for safety. The spindle brake is on the left side of the head and moves in either direction to stop the spindle once power is off. The electronic spindle brake interrupts power when activated.
The work table is spacious and accommodates wide and thick materials. It measures 9 inch x 49 inch and is controlled by an advanced double nut design that eliminates end-play for controlled lateral movements.
The hardened and ground table offers a stable and accurate platform for milling materials. The table movement comes in longitudinal movement handles on opposite ends of the table. The stops are on the front of the table.
Table locks are on the front of the saddle used for locking the table in position. They control how far the table travels in either direction. Crossfeed movement is on the front of the knee; controls the Y-axis. The knee handle is on the corner of the knee; controls the Z-axis.
The inverter drive system features an LED RPM that provides variable spindle speeds. You do not have to gauge or guess the speed at a given time.
Thrust bearings support heat treated and polished lead screws. That gives smooth movements of the table under load.
Variable speed pulleys are ground and balanced. It reduces vibration and ensures smooth speed transitions. Switch speeds depending on the material and position you are milling.
The ball bearing support of the motor shaft ensures proper loading, support, and alignment for quiet, accurate operation at any speed.
The mill is automatically lubricated every 30 minutes, with a flow of 3 to 6 cc/cy. Fill oil cups daily with Mobil DTE® Oil Light and the reservoir as needed by removing the cap on top of the tank and filling it with Mobil DTE® Oil Light. Pump oil with release handles daily, and that is how surfaces and lead screws are lubricated. The grease fitting for spindle gear is on the backside of the head’s lower housing. Lubricate every month using Mobilith AW2.
Emergency stop button
Mounted control box houses major mill functions as an emergency stop button. It is activated as soon as you press the button.

The speed varies from 60–5,000rpm. The Variable Speed Control is on the right side of the head
assembly. Turn clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust spindle speed. Change speed only when
the spindle is turning. The Variable Speed Dial Indicator is on the front of the head assembly. It indicates the selected speed in the high or low range. What determines the feed and speed, is the material. Consider the tool material, rigidity of the workpiece, size and condition of the lathe, and depth of cut when choosing speed.
It comes with a three-year warranty. A technical problem that you encounter within twelve months. You have the right to send it back for repair or fixing, ensuring you have a well-functioning milling machine for a long time.
